The Supplement Facts panel lists its other ingredients as microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate. Gelatin is made from animal collagen, so a capsule made with it is not vegetarian, whatever the black Vegetarian roundel in the artwork says.

This matters to vegetarians and vegans, and to anyone who avoids beef or pork products for any reason, since the panel names gelatin without naming the animal it came from. Everything else on the panel sits comfortably with the other marks: nothing on it is a dairy ingredient or a gluten grain.
