AlphaSteel is not a treatment

Not for erectile dysfunction
AlphaSteel is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction. Erection problems deserve a proper medical assessment, because their causes can matter well beyond the bedroom.
Not for low testosterone
Low testosterone is diagnosed with blood tests and treated by a clinician. A capsule cannot confirm it, rule it out or treat it.
Not for prostate conditions
Urinary symptoms need a clinician. In men with an enlarged prostate, saw palmetto on its own probably makes little or no difference to urinary symptoms (Cochrane 2023).
