- Five rows at 20 mg. Saw palmetto, wild yam, sarsaparilla, nettle leaf and boron chelate each sit well below the amounts single-ingredient studies used. The formula is a broad daily blend with tongkat ali as its lead.
- Boron is the chelate’s weight. The 20 mg is the whole amino acid chelate; the elemental boron inside is a fraction of it and the panel gives no separate figure. It sits under the adult upper intake level for boron.
- Nettle is the leaf. The men’s-health research on nettle is on the root (Chrubasik 2007); the panel names the leaf.
