How much dried plant went into each part of finished extract. 100:1 means about a hundred parts of root to one of extract. It records the recipe, not the content.
Dry-herb equivalent
The ratio multiplied out: 10 mg of a 100:1 extract is “equivalent to approximately 1000mg” of dried root. It is not the weight you swallow.
Chelate
A mineral bound to an amino acid. The label weight is the whole compound, so the mineral inside weighs less.
Other ingredients
